Creating a neutral portrait gallery is all about taking the colors and layering them in subtle ways rather than relying on bright color tones. For this session, I combined some soft swaddles in the colors of her choosing, knitted blankets for layers and a background, and then added in warm wood props. I wrap baby snuggly, so he was warm, secure, and settled while I transitioned through each pose. Babies love being swaddled and it helps me get through multiple setups so you can receive a generous variety of images in your gallery. The deep brown wood props allowed the cream tones to pop, and accentuate baby’s beautiful features.
