If you’re navigating the journey of pregnancy or life with a newborn, your idea of things to do in St. Petersburg, Fl might look a little different. Forget late night bar hopping; we are talking mom groups, comfort, community, and caffeine! (Duh!)

As a new or expectant mom, I’ve discovered some truly fun ways to enjoy our city, while keeping it baby friendly at the center.

  • Walk along the waterfront and enjoy Vinoy Park, Straub Park, and Demens Landing. They have plenty of flat sidewalks and benches to rest on.
  • Prenatal pampering at a local clinic for prenatal massage in Tampa. The absolute best for a sore back and body.
  • Prenatal Yoga classes where you can connect with other mamas and prepare your body for birth.

New mom and newborn friendly outings:
